Olympia, is the birthplace of the Olympic Games which were held every four years beginning in 775 BCE. This location has been inhabited since 'prehistoric times.  In the 10th century BCE in this Peloponnese valley it became a sanctuary to the gods. 

Here we will visit the archaeological site with architectural remains of the Temple of Zeus and the Temple of Hera. You'll see the altar of the original Olympic flame and the stadium. plus time to explore the treasures of significant importance in the Olympic Museum. It is said that it has one of the highest concentrations of ancient Greek masterpieces from the ancient Greek world.
