DOMAINE SIGALAS Winery Tour

The Domaine Sigalas award winning winery has a processing production capacity of 300,000 bottles annually.  The vineyard exports to Germany, France, Belgium, Austria, Holland, England, Cyprus, Switzerland, Hong-Kong, Shanghai, Sweden, Singapore, Australia, Brazil, USA and Canada. They have been winning Gold and Silver awards for their brilliant wines since 2001.

FYI: The unique soil of Santorini which sheltered the vineyards from the Phylloxera epidemic resulted in Santorini being one of the few places in the world where old vines can be located. This viticultural region is more than 3000 years old, with vines aged more than fifty years and requires a unique pruning method. All of this makes the island of Santorini somewhat like a viticultural museum that produces unique and exceptional wines.
