On this shared tour of Corinth, experience the past in all it's glory. The Heraion of Perachora was a sanctuary of the Goddess Hera. It is situated in a small cove of the Corinthian Gulf at the end of the Perachora peninsula. There are unusual constructions and ancient remains in addition to the Temple of Hera.  You can explore an L-shaped Stoa, a large cistern dining rooms, and possibly a second potential temple.  The Heraion  faced the harbors of the powerful city of Corinth. There was cult activity at the site for approximately 900 years BC.
