The Museum of Minerals & Fossils possesses display cases that include minerals and fossils from ancient Thira (Santorini), the rest of Greece and abroad.
It houses original treasures dating back 50,000-60,000 years that assist in understanding the evolution of life. It even has some exhibits that date back some 1.5 billion years!
