On this 3 Island Tour from Athens one of the islands is Poros. You'll recognize it as you sail up to it as the forests grow right to waters edge.

Poros has  both an Archaeological and a Folklore Museum. Within walking distance is also the Temple of Poseidon (built circa 520 BCE).  Additionally, one can walk the narrow streets of the town that lead up to a hill where the trademark of the island stands: the historic Clock Tower. Here, one can relax and enjoy a panoramic view of the whole town.

The island also has a Lemon Forest, a verdant hill with more than 30,000 lemon and orange trees. Crystal clear waters beckon and the bars and restaurants make Poros an interesting tourism stop. Pine trees flourish right up next to the sea and offer a wonderful opportunity for a resting place.
